Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by the company, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to the terms posted on the site. If a user does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from using the services.

Service Usage

Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing proprietary materials outside the scope of an agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services. The aggregate liability of the company for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve-month period preceding the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable agreement. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for breaches that threaten security, violate law, or harm third parties. Upon termination, users must cease use of any proprietary materials and return or destroy confidential information as required by the agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations.

Changes to Terms

The company may revise these Terms of Service to reflect changes in legal requirements, service offerings, or business practices. When material changes are made, notice will be provided by posting an updated version. Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms. It is the responsibility of users to review the terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance.
